All bookings made via WhatsApp or our online form are considered preliminary until confirmed by our staff. No deposit is required for most trips; payment is made in cash (EUR, USD, or EGP) on the day of the trip.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel. No-shows without notice may be blacklisted from future bookings.
Safety is our priority. Guests must follow the instructions of our certified guides. Aquaway Tours is not liable for personal belongings or injuries resulting from disregard for safety protocols.
Trips may be rescheduled or cancelled due to sea or weather conditions by the Port Authority. In such cases, a full refund (if prepaid) or alternative date will be offered.
